Four steps, one decision that is yours
Most of the work happens between you and the provider.
- Start with the form. Pick a service and add a sentence or two about what is going on.
- We send your request to a local provider who serves New York.
- They contact you to arrange a consultation, by phone, text or email.
- At the consultation, a licensed provider decides which options are suitable for you. You decide if and when to go ahead.
After you send your request
Once you send the form, your request goes to a provider near New York. The provider is the one who follows up, using the phone number or email you gave. If they reach you at a bad time, it is fine to ask them to call back.
Nothing has been booked at this point. You can ask questions, ask about cost, and decide whether a consultation is worth your time. If you change your mind, tell the provider you no longer want to go ahead.
What is shared, and with whom
When you send a request, we pass what you entered to the provider who will follow up: your name, email, phone number, the service you picked, and your message. The provider uses those details to contact you about a consultation.
Keep your message short and share only what you are comfortable sharing. You can withdraw your consent to be contacted, or ask for your details to be deleted, using the email address on the privacy page. You can also reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Thinning, flaking or itch on your mind? Let a local provider know you would like to talk.
